  • Custom orders: 3–7 business days (or more depending on requirements)

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100, subject to the following condition:

  • The total package weight must be under 5 lbs

For orders that exceed the weight limit or do not meet the minimum purchase requirement, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of purchase. Jayjo Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
