However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have three (3) days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Please note that customized or personalized products, including custom designs, embroidery, prints, engraved items, or made-to-order products, are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item different from your order
Please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue. Once reviewed, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Replacement of the item
- Store credit
- Exchange (if applicable)

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns will be issued in the form of:

Store credit will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping & Return Costs
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery
- Jayjo Designs is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized products
- Items on sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item:
- The replacement item will be processed once the original item is received and approved
- If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
